Pasta! That’s what we had on the menu at the Fife Farmers Market last Saturday when our Exec Chef, Martin Hollis, staged another of his cookery demonstrations using ingredients from the market’s stallholders.
Martin cooked up a storm with vegetarian, seafood and meat dishes – serving up taster treats for those shopping at the market. We had many-a-Mmmm and ‘yum’! Next week, we will welcome some of the world’s greatest golfers from the professional and amateur game for this year’s Alfred Dunhill Championship. And now we are into September, a new academic year starts at the University of St Andrews. Students from across the world are gathering – and we are delighted to offer a very special invitation to enjoy St Andrews newest 19th hole, the recently opened Hams Hame. Finally, we have been working with a film crew this week who are working hard across the resort to shoot a new promotional video. Footage of the hotel, the Jigger, the Duke’s … every aspect captured to share with guests past, present and future across the world. We’ll let you know when that ‘goes live’ and share a link.
